Why we continue to cook? Because it makes us feel human!
Mixing the flour, smashing the dough, shaping fresh pasta by hands: ancient rituals that connect us to the meaning of food and to the authentic essence of Italian cuisine.

During a Spaghetti ABC cooking course, I will teach you how to prepare fresh pasta by hands, juggling with gnocchi, ravioli and cavatelli, pairing them with different sauces made by Italian organic ingredients and seasonal products.
Are you passionate about Italian regional cuisine and you like Mediterranean flavors? Don’t miss my Puglia cuisine workshops: we are going to cook onion calzone, taralli, spaghetti with mussels and more grandmother recipes…
And of course, we are going to eat too.

FOR WHO
For privates or companies, for groups of friends or colleagues of minimum 6 persons and maximum 15. No matter your age or gender!

WHERE
At home at your place, or in other locations with a kitchen, mostly in the area of Malmö (Skåne), but I can join you also in Copenhagen (Denmark) or, eventually, in Europe (yes, I do love travel!).
